Design, enhance, and maintain measurement tools, KPI, dashboards and reports
Gain input from stakeholders to design solutions to issues
Gather and translate technical information to key stakeholders
Research, identify, and analyze cost saving processes
Oversee various projects as needed
Develop efficient methods of data collection
Support the budget process of the department and the company
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree with emphasis in analytics, mathematics, or statistics
Self-starter with high level of self-confidence and drive
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and detail-oriented
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel, SQL, Python, or R
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI
Commitment to learning new skills and staying updated with the latest analysis tools
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Willingness to travel as needed
Ability to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional manner
