Senior Continous Improvement Leader

Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and operational analysis
Expertise in Project Management and Change Management practices
Proven leadership, facilitation, and team management skills
Analytical thinking and ability to work with data to identify trends and implement solutions
Technical proficiency with tools related to data analysis, process mapping, and reporting
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey improvement strategies to stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Advanced degrees or related certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP)
Experience in distribution, supply chain, or logistics industries is highly desirable
