Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Sourcing, Planning, Marketing, Concept & Visual
Contribute to a final project that reflects your learning and impact
Qualification
Required
Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduate
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in retail and product strategy
Able to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
Curious, organized, and comfortable learning in a team environment
Preferred
Retail experience is a plus, but not required
