Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java and Spark-based applications hosted on Azure
Monitor production systems, identify issues proactively, and ensure system stability
Troubleshoot Spark job failures, performance bottlenecks, cluster issues, and memory tuning
Debug Java application issues, logs, API failures, and integration problems
Support Azure cloud services including Azure Databricks, ADLS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and Azure VM environments
Work on incident, problem, and change management processes as per ITIL standards
Coordinate with development, QA, and DevOps teams for deployments, hotfixes, and release activities
Support CI/CD pipeline execution and post-deployment validation
Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
Provide on-call support and handle critical production outages with timely resolution

Proficiency in Java
