Responsibilities
Leads sales operations by setting objectives, delegating work, and continuously reviewing performance to ensure operational success and efficiency
Focuses on operational consistency, and the smooth rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working
Drives strategic plans that enable growth and market expansion through optimized processes, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration
Oversees sales tools and contract lifecycle management, ensuring proper system selection, integration, optimization, and full compliance to mitigate risk and support productivity
Manages talent and resources by directing staffing, performance management, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operations and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project and/or program management
High level of time management experience while working with multiple account managers and business units
Bachelor's degree
Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
Excellent communicator who excels in environments requiring collaboration with executives
Travel up to 30% is required
