Responsibilities
Guide learners through principles of design thinking, visual design, user experience design, user research, and prototyping
Preparing and delivering engaging lessons
Providing constructive feedback
Mentoring students to develop their skills in UX design
Inspire and empower students to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios
Fostering their confidence and capabilities in the field
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Design Thinking and Visual Design principles for creating impactful user experiences
Experience in User Experience Design (UED) and User Research methodologies to guide practical skill development effectively
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Prototyping tools and techniques for creating functional design mockups
Strong communication and teaching abilities with a passion for empowering others through education
A genuine commitment to supporting underrepresented communities and advancing diversity and inclusion in tech sectors
Preferred
Experience in conducting training or teaching, particularly in UX design, is a plus
