Mentor designers and drive best practices across teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years in UX/UI design with architecture/system-level thinking
Strong portfolio showing complex product design
Expertise with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
Experience with design systems & accessibility (WCAG)
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/React)
Agile/Scrum environment exposure
