Responsibilities
Maintain and update production schedules based on order requirements and priorities
Translate orders into a sequential work schedule
Plan and schedule workflow for press and operations
Confer with production and order entry staff to determine order status
Communicate schedule updates with production and order entry teams
Assist with expediting orders as needed to meet unforeseen conditions
Monitor schedules for conflicts or delays and escalate issues as needed
Prepare reports as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to work with mathematical concepts
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to work with multiple systems and use Excel for tracking and updates
Ability to support the planning and scheduling of materials through production schedules
Ability to coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering

Preferred
1+ years of experience in scheduling, production coordination, or a related manufacturing role
