Responsibilities
Support the design and rollout of leadership and manager development programs, including programs for first-time managers
Assist with creating learning content such as facilitator guides, toolkits, job aids, and microlearning resources
Help organize, update, and maintain learning pathways and content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Collect and analyze learner feedback and engagement data to support continuous improvement of learning programs
Contribute to performance management enablement tools, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning resources
Support onboarding and culture-based learning tied to the Kairos Way and leadership competencies
Research learning trends and best practices and help translate insights into practical, usable tools
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
Comfort working with ambiguity and learning in a dynamic environment
Alignment with a mission-driven, high-accountability culture
Demonstrated interest in how people learn and change behavior at work
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable learning materials
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Ability to proactively collect, manage and transfer knowledge

Preferred
Experience with learning platforms, content creation tools, or facilitation
Strong analytical, research, or data interpretation skills
