New Grad, Entry LevelComputers Unlimited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support all marketing efforts and coordinate conference participation. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while assisting the sales team and executing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the sales team’s participation in conferences and marketing events
Assist in marketing efforts from idea generation, to execution, and follow up analysis
Assist with graphic design and video campaigns. Create and publish blogs and create CTAs and forms
Provide support to the sales team including Lead/HubSpot requests, follow up emails, research prospects and assist with demo requests
Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference and other marketing events and promotions
This position has no supervisory duties
Qualification
Required

Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, be highly organized, and show attention to detail

Willingness to develop a thorough understanding of TIMS software required
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute
Experience and/or proficiency with current aspects of marketing and trends in digital marketing is required
Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM management and marketing automation, as well as Microsoft and Adobe products
Preferred
Experience with conference, tradeshow, and/or exhibition coordination is preferred
Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation is a plus
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages as well as SEO and social media marketing is a plus
