Responsibilities
Track and manage builder lot purchases across multiple communities
Coordinate preparation of closing documents with builder partners
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Act as primary liaison with escrow, title, and builder teams to ensure on-time closings
Support Project Managers through acquisition closings
Review settlement statements and closing documents
Coordinate with title, escrow, and legal teams
Prepare and organize closing packages for execution
Partner with accounting to review and reconcile development draw requests
Ensure draw submissions align with internal project budgets
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years in real estate transactions, homebuilding, escrow, or title
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Strong communication and follow-through
Proficiency with Excel and Word
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
