Responsibilities
Category or business analysis that works to deliver actionable insights that transform the business and improve member engagement
Collaborate with team members and across departments to solve pricing and analytical requests
Provide financial impacts of aligned upon pricing actions
Support/lead specific projects or analyses to support team and company objective
Translate data analytics into storytelling PowerPoint presentations
Project management and data manipulation
Work cross functionally throughout the organization to solve businesses toughest problems
Qualification
Required
Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required
Preferred
Preferred majors: Merchandising, Business Analytics, or Data Science/Analytics
Experience with Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx a plus
Retail dynamics/acumen a plus
Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn
Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks
Collaborative and able to influence without authority
Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally
