Responsibilities
Support the growth of our high-performing Operations Services Team! As the Client Activation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping new clients combine the aspects of new client onboarding, data transformation, registration and return filing processes
Show your love of helping others in the Client Onboarding Manager role. Here you will guide new clients through the onboarding process making sure they are fully compliant with Sales & Use Tax and other indirect tax regulations. You’ll be a crucial member of a team that helps support the backbone of the whole company
You’ll be essential in building and strengthening new client relationships. Your expertise will be vital in activation support, compliance process management and operational excellence
This isn’t just about onboarding; you’ll be the key point of contact, overseeing the client’s transition and developing relationships across multi-functional teams. Your expertise will help to ensure accurate client discovery, data analysis, and state registrations
Qualification
Required
Passion for sales and use tax
Ability to navigate the complexities of sales tax
Experience in client onboarding processes
Expertise in compliance process management
Strong relationship-building skills
Data transformation skills
Knowledge of registration and return filing processes
Ability to guide clients through onboarding
Understanding of Sales & Use Tax and other indirect tax regulations
Experience in client discovery and data analysis
Ability to oversee client transitions
Experience working with multi-functional teams
