Develop and lead Seasonal Concepts from initial ideation through final execution
Build creative decks for concept development and go-to-market presentations
Partner with Marketing, Copy, and Creative Team to align creative storytelling with business objectives
Present work to Leadership and CEO, articulating both creative vision and cultural insight
Manage selects and retouching workflows to ensure visual storytelling resonates with the Gen Z customer
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience in creative vision for fashion or lifestyle brands
Strong strategic understanding of Gen Z behaviors, trends, and aesthetics
Proven ability to translate cultural insights into creative strategies
Experience mentoring and developing multidisciplinary creative teams
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
