Responsibilities

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables

Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering

Professional experience in Software Engineering

Strong proficiency in .NET development

Proficiency in front-end development using React, Angular, or JavaScript

Hands-on experience with Application Performance Management (APM) tools, such as AppDynamics or Dynatrace

Experience working with SQL and relational database technologies

Practical experience working within Agile methodologies

Preferred

Experience developing in a Kubernetes environment

Proficiency in Python programming

Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles or practices

Hands-on production support experience

Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, Application Performance Monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics), and modern application development and implementation practices
