Responsibilities
Collaborate with Data Scientists to co-develop models and AI solutions, providing business context and feedback on design, testing, and data integration
Convert complex model outputs into executive-ready insights, dashboards, and visualizations that inform strategic decisions
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; facilitate adoption of AI/analytics solutions across functions and geographies
Identify high-impact analytics opportunities and guide technical feasibility, experimentation, and solution scaling
Mentor analytics professionals on emerging AI technologies and visualization best practices. Manage associate and business partner resources to deliver analytics and dashboards for prioritized use cases, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience in analytics or data visualization, including hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and Tableau Server
5+ years in a management role leading analytics or data teams
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and digital technologies
Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes
Preferred
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, ML Ops, and enterprise adoption of AI solutions
