Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Medica is a nonprofit health plan serving communities across multiple states. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage recruitment activities, drive process improvements, and enhance candidate experiences while promoting the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition management, scheduling interviews, facilitating the offer process and leading pre-hire and onboarding activities
Lead or collaborate on process improvement initiatives to streamline recruiting efforts and enhance the overall candidate experience
Support or spearhead key projects that drive innovation in talent acquisition
Represent and promote Medica’s values and mission during all stages of the recruitment process
Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they understand the impact of our organization and their potential role in advancing our organizational strategies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience within coordination or administration related roles
Preferred
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms strongly preferred
Experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on senior-level or high-volume hiring preferred
