Responsibilities

Gain an understanding of Fixed Income Sales, Trading and Research efforts
Assist in preparing various reports including performance dispersion, broker usage analysis, and compliance reports
Analyze market conditions across a variety of factors including issuance trends, liquidity trends, relative value opportunities, etc
Perform ad hoc projects such as market, sector, security research and/or client portfolio analysis

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with a focus on Finance, Investments, or related fields
3+ years of prior professional work experience in finance, consulting, or related industries
Comfort working with market data, identifying trends, and drawing clear conclusions from multiple inputs
Excel proficiency: Able to organize, analyze, and present data efficiently
Interest in fixed income products, macro drivers, and how market events impact rates, spreads, and liquidity
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to express ideas clearly, concisely, and in a way that's appropriate for different audiences
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality control, and meeting deadlines
Able to multi-task, reassess priorities quickly, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Works well independently and as part of a team
Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, responsive working style

Preferred

Familiarity with Bloomberg or similar market data platforms is helpful but not required
Exposure to coding languages (e.g., Python, R) and/or experience building AI driven tools or agents is a plus
