Responsibilities
Assign tasks to Culinary Utility I and II staff; ensure all team members are fully trained and performing to standard
Maintain kitchen sanitation, perform deep cleanings of the facility and specialized equipment, and inspect for potential health code violations
Check and document dishwasher temperatures and sanitizer levels; monitor and change chemicals as required
Order supplies as needed, assist in the dish room during staffing shortages, and clean dishwashing machinery after use
Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure clear communication and smooth operations across shifts and locations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of related experience in a kitchen, sanitation, or utility role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to stand constantly and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Comfort working in environments with extreme temperatures and exposure to cleaning chemicals
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and maintain professional relationships with management and coworkers
