Customer Relationship Management Administrator
Responsibilities
Administers and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across all supported business functions
Manages CRM users, security roles, permissions, environments, and system settings
Configures entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
Provides day-to-day support for CRM users, troubleshooting issues and resolving requests in a timely manner
Builds and maintains dashboards and reports to support leadership visibility, accountability, and performance tracking
Maintains CRM integrations with enterprise systems, ERP(IntelliDealer) and Dynamics Customer Insights
Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors for CRM-related initiatives and integrations
Configures workflows and automation within Dynamics 365
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong IT skills, including system administration, integrations, and data management
3–6 years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience supporting CRM users across multiple business functions preferred
Experience coordinating CRM integrations with ERP or marketing platforms preferred
