Apply proven adult learning theories to ensure content resonates with diverse audiences
Deliver both standard and customized training programs tailored to client needs
Serve as a trusted learning partner and ambassador for Catapult’s development initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to refine content and share feedback for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred); certifications in HR learning a plus
5+ years of experience facilitating adult learning (in-person and virtual)
Strong foundation in adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to varied audiences, industries, and learning styles
Residence in North or South Carolina with ability to travel throughout Catapult's service area
Mastery of digital tools and programs such as MS Office, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneNotes
