Responsibilities
Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
Active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow
Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production
Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows
Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices
Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems
Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc
Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Strong understanding of ServiceNow products
Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
Active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
Create/Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/BootStrap/Angular
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow
Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production
Minimum 6+ years of strong software development experience
At least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps
Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows
Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices
Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems
Create/Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc
Experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Detail-oriented and possess problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
