Responsibilities
Perform visual, dimensional, depth gauge, and Shore A durometer inspections on composite panels
Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
Document inspection results in MES and other digital quality systems

Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience inspecting composite structures (Level II equivalent)
Demonstrated expertise in visual composite inspection, identifying typical composite defects and failure modes
Proficiency in dimensional measurement using hand inspection tools
Experience conducting Shore A or Shore D durometer hardness measurements; must be able to certify on-site training requirements
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Experience documenting findings in MES or digital quality systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate reports
Must be able to meet ITAR requirements
Must be willing to undergo a background check
Preferred
MRB, repair, or rework inspection experience
High-volume production inspection background
