Lead solution design and implementation of ServiceNow modules (CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM, Discovery, Service Mapping)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP)
Experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards and best practices for configuration management
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Proven experience in ServiceNow development and functional analysis
