Responsibilities
Assist in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Support daily campaign monitoring, budget pacing, and performance tracking
Help execute A/B tests for ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign results
Review search term reports to identify potential new keywords and flag irrelevant terms for negative keyword lists
Analyze campaign performance data and share insights with the team
Support competitive research and stay informed on PPC and digital marketing trends
Collaborate with the Manager to help translate strategy into campaign execution
Contribute to reporting and assist in turning data findings into actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Strong interest in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or online advertising platforms is a plus
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization for performance analysis
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver with a growth mindset

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
