Responsibilities
Support NetSuite’s global employee advocacy program, including drafting and reviewing content and flagging published posts relevant to key business functions and stakeholders
Collaborate with Social Media, Employee Engagement, HR, and Events teams to identify opportunities for cross-promotion
Support LinkedIn presence of NetSuite executives
Support internal communications strategy and execution across key channels (Slack, email, video, webinar), including management of global editorial calendar
Support the comms planning and execution of key culture and inclusion moments based on communication calendar
Qualification
Required
Pursuit of a bachelor's degree – ideally in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional professionalism and work ethic
A passion for storytelling and the ability to distill complex, technical information into easily digestible chunks
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
Preferred
Experience with tools like Slack, Sprinklr, Photoshop, etc

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
