The Senior Manager of Talent Management & Learning and Development is responsible for designing and implementing talent strategies that enhance organizational capability and leadership pipelines.

Responsibilities
Lead an integrated talent management framework encompassing succession planning, performance management, high-potential identification, career pathing, and internal mobility for the organization including training of leaders at the N-2 level and below on new features of talent management platform
Ensure consistent calibration standards across regions and functions to strengthen talent decision quality
Partner with leadership to identify critical roles and build robust succession plans aligned to business continuity and growth strategies
Lead enterprise-wide talent reviews and cross-functional calibration processes, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
Establish and monitor talent metrics to inform workforce decisions
In partnership with the VP, Talent, design and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals
Oversee the design and delivery of leadership development programs across all leadership levels
Build scalable learning solutions including blended, digital, and experiential learning
Ensure learning initiatives are measurable and tied to business outcomes
Champion a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence
Partner with leaders to embed development conversations into performance management
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and partner with HR Business Partners globally to tailor development opportunities to various populations, in office & manufacturing employees as well as field based sales and service employees
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Centers of Excellence to align talent strategies
Partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps and create development solutions
Manage external vendors and learning partners
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on talent management and L&D
Proven experience influencing senior leaders
Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred
