Responsibilities
Develop and implement data models for reports, dashboards, and business intelligence applications. Gather necessary data requirements and ensure alignment with presentation layer needs. Develop semantic layers, analytic views, virtualization layers, and logical data models
Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) to enhance data modeling and business intelligence capabilities. Develop integrated solutions that leverage the Power Platform for data visualization, workflow automation, and application development
Provide hands-on technical knowledge while working with developers, architects, data quality analysts, and other teams
Ensure the quality of data sets and reports, making them repeatable and sustainable. Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analyses that drive meaningful changes in KPIs and critical objectives. Monitor the value proposition of reporting and analysis during the production process
Demonstrate creative thinking to resolve complex data issues. Troubleshoot data problems and work with the data architecture team to find solutions
Ensure statistical significance in insights and help educate stakeholders on the design and interpretation of analyses. Work with large, disparate data sets to uncover actionable insights
Log all data, reporting, and analysis requests. Maintain a safe, clean, and neat network and server operations environment. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Qualification
Required
