Responsibilities
Represent clients in trial and appellate litigation, arbitration, mediation, and regulatory proceedings
Handle a wide range of matters including corporate and business disputes, land use and real estate, employment law, environmental law, bankruptcy and insolvency, unfair trade practices, securities, intellectual property, and eminent domain and inverse condemnation
Assume significant responsibilities early in the career in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Engage in pro bono work for individuals facing injustice
Qualification
Required
prior litigation or clerkship experience
strong academic record
excellent writing skills
trial advocacy skills
experiences demonstrating a capacity for creative and practical problem-solving
