Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable CNC Machinist / Programmer for a manufacturing facility in the Trafford, PA area. This role supports production operations by operating CNC and conventional machining equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathes, CNC mills, and conventional machining equipment

Interpret specifications and customer requirements to produce quality parts

Perform first-piece inspections and ongoing in-process quality checks

Identify and report nonconforming products according to company procedures

Perform routine and minor maintenance on equipment

Maintain accurate production and inspection records

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow company and regulatory quality standards

Strong attendance and reliability required

Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and inspection documentation

Preferred

CNC machining or programming experience preferred

Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, or conventional machining equipment preferred
