This role is ideal for a hands-on network professional who enjoys troubleshooting and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to wired and wireless network issues
Support network account onboarding and offboarding using custom scripts
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents
Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule for critical site outages (Level 1 & Level 2)
Assist with network rollouts, upgrades, and cleanup projects
Support documentation and inventory of network assets
Perform Microsoft administration tasks , including: Entra ID (Azure AD), Group policy and user provisioning, Microsoft 365 administration
Assist with basic Windows Server administration , including monitoring, patching, and performance tuning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft administration
5+ years of experience with Windows Server environments
10+ years of networking troubleshooting experience (wired and wireless)
5+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
