Responsibilities

Own and lead seasonal creative concepts from ideation through final go-to-market delivery

Develop high-impact creative decks that connect product, culture, and customer lifestyle

Direct photoshoots end-to-end, including on-set art direction and post-production oversight

Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Social, Design, Copy, and Production teams

Lead creative execution for launches across print, digital, and social channels

Present creative vision and cultural insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams while managing complex workflows

Required

Extensive experience leading creative direction for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands

Exceptional taste level and creative judgment

Strategic yet hands-on leadership approach

Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong presentation skills (Keynote or equivalent)

Experience managing photoshoots, retouching workflows, and asset delivery

Preferred

Motion or video experience is a plus
