Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the PSSR team to achieve sales targets, portfolio growth, and key account objectives
Set individual targets for PSSRs aligned with the national sales strategy and monitor performance to ensure results are delivered
Ensure PSSRs effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to manage opportunities, document visits, and track results, leveraging data to improve team performance
Drive growth and champion execution for assigned portfolios
Support Category Managers on business execution via PSSRs
Maintain fleet accuracy above 95% and ensure high-quality customer engagement
Identify performance gaps, provide hands-on coaching (:75% field-based), and align the team with operational and strategic objectives
Attend monthly global portfolio meetings to present SA USA performance and serve as the local liaison with global support teams
Collaborate across Sales, Services, Operations, Finance, CSC, and Logistics to ensure alignment and enable profitable growth

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in aftermarket mining or OEM environments
Proven track record of leading front-line sales teams
