Clinical Implementation Specialist

Intelliguard is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on improving medication management in hospitals. The Clinical Implementation Specialist will provide hands-on clinical and technical support during the implementation of Intelliguard technology, guiding clients through the integration process and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives
Lead client onboarding and implementation efforts, providing guidance and support at each stage
Support the implementation, configuration, and validation of Intelliguard solutions within the client’s hospitals, clinics or other healthcare facility or area such as the OR
Train clients on how to use our products effectively and efficiently
Troubleshoot clinical and technical issue during go-live and early adoption phases. Escalate and communicate to internal stakeholders any complex issues encounter
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for explaining complex concepts and ensuring clients have a clear understanding
Provide on-site and virtual clinical training to physicians, pharmacy staff, or other staff on workflows, features and product function and operations
Serve as a clinical subject-matter expert to guide customers through workflow to ensure the product aligns with the clinical and client’s needs
The ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected challenges is important, as implementation projects can be dynamic
Document training session, user feedback and product performance for continuous improvement
Efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines is a key skill in this role
Building positive relationships with clients and working well with cross-functional teams is important for successful implementation
The ability to assess data and information to make informed decisions and improvements in the implementation process

Required

Bachelor's degree or a health professional in Pharmacy (Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist) or CRNA etc
Previous experience in implementation, project management, or client support is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to troubleshoot under pressure and train healthcare staff
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Technical proficiency and the ability to understand software and technology
