Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with agile matrixed teams at our clients in the US to deliver successful HubSpot project implementations
Write efficient code by adhering to software development best practices
Collaborate with designers, specialists, and other team members to ensure a mutual understanding of expectations
Conduct quality control checks by testing the functionality of web development projects
Design, develop and maintain websites using HubSpot, along with creating landing pages and email templates
Support marketing efforts by building brochure/marketing websites and interactive tools (e.g., surveys, estimators, calculators, etc.)
Optimize websites to ensure the best user experience by looking at speed, accessibility, security, and mobile
Create website experiences that result in an increase in lead generation and customer acquisition
Work with the team to incorporate the latest technology to always be improving the quality of the user experience
Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team
Actively participate in all major technical discussions related to the platform
Create a culture of observability within the team, constantly keeping an eye on the performance and stability of the platform
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in HubSpot coding and development experience
Extensive experience working with the HubSpot application
Ability to solve complex software problems for clients
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with clients in the US
5+ years of HubSpot consulting experience and/or HubSpot project implementation experience
2+ full life cycle projects with strong expertise that includes front-end web development, template design and development, and experience with API and integrations into HubSpot
Strong experience with creating new website pages, landing pages, emails, and other reusable templates and modules
Strong experience with modern HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and writing clean and maintainable code
In depth knowledge of building custom modular components within a CMS
Expertise in modular development of drag and drop templates for web pages and emails
Expertise in creating custom HTML emails, using MJML and HubSpot's email building tools
Expert knowledge in working with HubDB, Workflows, HubSpot Forms, and CTAs
Experience with writing backend code, including Node.js and Python, particularly for HubSpot
Knowledge of integrating CMS and CRM Data with languages such as HubL and GraphQL
Ability to resolve errors and bugs, and Optimize code for SEO, performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
Experience collaborating with UX/Design and Content teams to define & deliver elegant technical solutions
One or more current HubSpot certifications (CMS/Developer)
Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering or related discipline
