Responsibilities
Act as a Technical Lead / SME for claims-related applications, guiding design, development, and delivery
Translate business and functional requirements into modern, scalable technical solutions
Design and develop applications using C#.NET, APIs, Kafka, SQL, AngularJS on Azure platform
Work extensively on healthcare EDI transactions such as 837 and 835
Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines , and engineering best practices
Lead and mentor engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and problem resolution
Drive performance optimization, automation, and innovation , including AI adoption where applicable
Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and free of critical vulnerabilities
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Own end-to-end delivery , including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Provide leadership during critical production incidents , ensuring SLA compliance
Develop and maintain coding standards, processes, and best practices
Provide timely status updates and actively remove blockers for the team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of experience in Facets Claims domain
5+ years of hands-on development and testing using C# / .NET
5+ years in a Senior Applications Developer role
5+ years of database design and programming experience
2+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Preferred
Experience with AI-driven development or automation
Strong understanding of claims pricing, edits, adjustments, and payments
Experience with TriZetto Facets applications
Healthcare EDI experience
Exposure to Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
