$38/hr - $40/hrThe Judge Group is seeking a Capacity Planner/Data Analyst to support capacity forecasting for production sites. This role involves analyzing volume trends, ensuring capacity alignment, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational insights.

Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and maintain capacity forecasts across four U.S.-based production sites
Evaluate incoming volume patterns, identify operational impacts, and resource requirements
Partner with client teams to refine forecasting models based on workflow changes and onboarding needs
Incorporate data updates and change requests into capacity models with accuracy and speed
Collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Analytics, and Production Operations teams to improve modeling methodologies
Support long‑term capacity planning, including labor forecasting, equipment planning, and site‑level scalability modeling
Build and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and KPIs that support business decision‑making and standard reporting structures
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
High proficiency in Python for data querying and analysis
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
Hands‑on experience with Power BI for visualization and reporting
Expertise in SQL, including extracting and manipulating data, knowledge on Snowflake, writing complex, optimized queries, and ability to independently query databases and troubleshoot data issues
Preferred
Knowledge of capacity modeling, forecasting methodologies, or operations analytics (highly preferred)
