Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business goals and objectives. This includes managing budgets, selecting appropriate platforms, and setting campaign objectives
Create, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and create targeted, high-performing ad campaigns
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions
Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet campaign goals
Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics
Implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for better results
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with other marketing teams, including SEO, content, and social media, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach
Ensure that all paid media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience in paid media management with a Bachelor's degree or 2 years with a Master's degree
Must have proficiency in digital advertising platforms specifically SEM with Bing and Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Ad Cloud and LinkedIn Ads

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master's degree a plus
4-7 years of experience in paid media management, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
