Project Assistant

Assist with the coordination, organization, and execution of complex real estate and finance transactions
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across all stages of each project
Document preparation, due diligence support, closing coordination, file and database management, and routine communication with internal team members
Deliver timely, organized, and high-quality support throughout each transaction lifecycle
Work independently or in a team environment while staying organized and meeting deadlines
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Provide an accurate, neat and thorough work product while handling multiple projects and shifting priorities
Qualification
Required
Provide essential administrative and transactional support to attorneys and paralegals within the Real Estate and Capital Markets team
Assist with the coordination, organization, and execution of complex real estate and finance transactions
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across all stages of each project
Work on a broad range of substantive responsibilities including document preparation, due diligence support, closing coordination, file and database management, and routine communication with internal team members
Deliver timely, organized, and high-quality support throughout each transaction lifecycle
Stay organized and meet deadlines whether working independently or in a team environment
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Show close attention to detail and provide an accurate, neat and thorough work product
Handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
Be knowledgeable of relevant software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and have the ability to learn new software and operating systems
Preferred
An interest in working for 2 years prior to pursuing further education is a big plus
