Responsibilities
Provide regular program updates to senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners—including risks, blockers, and key dependencies
Apply deep knowledge of data center power, cooling, and related infrastructure systems
Serve as a technical advisor, collaborating closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot challenges and ensure solutions are feasible
Coordinate multiple parallel projects and manage interdependencies across workstreams
Facilitate decision‑making, remove obstacles, and ensure timely issue resolution
Build structured processes, manage schedules, and align cross‑functional teams toward deliverables
Partner with manufacturing program teams to support RFP through NPI phases, including first‑article testing
Manage RFP timelines, milestones, documentation, RFIs/ECNs, and deliverable packaging
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
8+ years of technical program management experience in data center or industrial environments (design, engineering, manufacturing, or testing)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, system integration, and engineering coordination
5+ years of project management experience including scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication
Experience driving cross‑functional programs in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure interdependencies and deliverables
Analytical, data‑driven decision maker with excellent problem‑solving skills
Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and non‑technical teams
Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
Confident presenting to leadership, customers, and external groups
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Skilled in influencing decisions and sharing best practices
Familiar with stage‑gate lifecycle processes
Able to mentor junior project managers
Willing to travel up to 20% (domestic and occasional international)
Preferred
PMP or related project management certification
Experience with data center infrastructure standards and regulatory requirements
