Responsibilities
Develop and review technical specifications and customizations using X++, .NET, and Power Platform tools
Should have good experience in D365 FO Extensions, LCS, Integrations using OData/Flow
Should be able to estimate, design, customize and develop customer specific customization requirements
Work closely with the Functional Consultants in the design of technical solutions
Own the code branching, merging, and solution packaging strategy across environments
Manage and maintain deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, including Build and Release pipelines
Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS) is highly preferred
Coordinate and execute deployment to UAT, SIT, and Production environments, ensuring minimal disruption
Conduct technical code reviews and ensure best practices in development and architecture
Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
Provide guidance on integration with external systems using Azure Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, etc.)
Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards
Support cutover planning and go-live activities
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
10+ years of technical experience in ERP implementations with a minimum of 7 years on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Strong command of X++, MorphX, and related Microsoft Dynamics development tools
Expertise in Power platform, Azure DevOps, including automated build/release pipelines and branching strategies (GIT)
Proficient in code merging, conflict resolution, and environment management
Experience with data migration, extension development, and customization best practices
Familiarity and knowledge of working with LCS (Lifecycle Services) for environment management and deployment
Experience deploying to and troubleshooting across development, UAT, SIT and Production environments
Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OData, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Microsoft Certified: Development Extension and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Preferred
Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS) is highly preferred
