Provide technical support and solutions to customers

Support product installation and troubleshooting efforts
Qualification
Required
Experience in Technical Support to assist customers and address technical inquiries effectively
Proficiency in Software Development for creating, testing, and maintaining software applications
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering for designing and analyzing electrical systems in bioprocess products
Experience in Mechanical Engineering to support product development and resolve mechanical challenges
Skills in Testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and performance standards are met
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with bioprocessing systems or biotechnology industry is a plus
