Responsibilities

Own end-to-end marketing operations strategy supporting Filevine’s Legal AI and LOIS go-to-market
Design scalable processes aligning Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Partnerships, SDR Teams and Events around shared definitions and outcomes
Serve as the operational backbone for all marketing departments
Own and optimize the marketing and revenue tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Workato, LeanData, Domo, and ClickUp
Define and maintain lead lifecycle stages, scoring models, routing logic, and automation
Partner with SDR and Sales Ops to ensure speed-to-lead, data accuracy, and accountability
Own marketing data governance, attribution, and pipeline reporting in partnership with BI
Own operational support for 250+ marketing events annually, including list uploads, segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, and compliance
Ensure proper campaign structure, attribution, and post-event follow-up workflows
Maintain and establish standards for campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, UTMs, and documentation
Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the marketing funnel
Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Performance Marketing, Events, Lifecycle, Partnerships, Sales, Sales & Customer Ops, Product, and Business Intelligence (BI)
Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team, setting priorities and operating rhythms
Own marketing operations tools budget and vendor management

Required

7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, including complex workflows and reporting
Experience supporting large-scale event programs and high-volume list uploads
Working knowledge of Workato, LeanData, Domo, and ClickUp or similar systems
Strong systems thinking, data rigor, and cross-functional leadership skills
Action-oriented self-starter with a track record of building scalable operational foundations
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
In-office requirement in our Salt Lake City or Chicago offices
