Work on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity
Lead transactions as a self-starter
Analyze complex legal issues related to mergers and acquisitions
Work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Required
3 to 7 years of experience working on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity
Substantial experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions
Self-starter with the desire or capability to lead transactions
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Willing and able to become licensed in North Carolina within one year of joining Morningstar Law Group
Strong academic background
