Responsibilities

Assist and support the Superintendent and job site team in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating all information needed to make sure project specifications are met
Coordinate punch list completion system and provide client with 'wish list' and good faith gestures for white glove customer service
Maintain, clean, and organize equipment and office files
Assist with maintenance of project documents including posting drawings with design changes and documentation of as-built field conditions
Engage in site layout, cost estimating, construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety

Required

Possess an optimistic and positive attitude, must be able to succeed in a deadline-driven environment

Strong organizational and analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite program
Some travel may be required
