Responsibilities
Provide insightful financial and business analysis to guide strategic decisions, assess the impact of projects and transactions, and strengthen financial processes across the region
Develop and manage regional profit and loss reporting, support annual financial planning, and track operating plans to ensure objectives are met
Analyze ROI and profitability for initiatives, recommend changes to systems and policies, and implement innovative solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making
Introduce technology-driven tools to improve sales performance analysis, ensuring the organization stays ahead in a competitive market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
Skilled in the use of MS Excel at an intermediate level
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description
Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description
Preferred
MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of Finance or Accounting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
Experience with SAP
Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level. Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
