Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Conduct variance analysis to identify key financial and operational drivers
Partner cross-functionally to support financial reporting and business analysis
Develop operational and business intelligence reports to support strategic planning
Lead or support process improvement and documentation initiatives
Support project management and tracking for finance-related initiatives
Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems
Present financial findings to both internal stakeholders and larger audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
2–5 years of experience preparing and analyzing financial statements
Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Financial statement preparation and variance analysis
GAAP disclosures and accrual accounting concepts
Business intelligence tools and reconciliations
Process documentation and improvement
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros)
Financial reporting and database systems
