Responsibilities
Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics for SPG projects
Support RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes
Conduct site walks, progress tracking, and quality/safety documentation
Partner with the Project Manager and Superintendent to drive execution
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of experience in commercial construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously
Proficiency in construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, etc.)
Preferred
Exposure to tenant improvements, interior renovations, or SPG‑type work preferred
