Responsibilities
Advanced programming and systems analysis for the Willow Ambulatory (retail pharmacy) application
Implementing approved change requests and managing system incidents
Leading projects and coordinating team assignments
Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff
Evaluating software/hardware products for operational improvements
Participating in an on-call support rotation to meet critical needs
Qualification
Required
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
6+ years of job experience with 3+ years in Epic, or 4+ years of job experience with 2+ years in Epic
Epic Willow Ambulatory certification preferred (required within 6 months of employment)
Experience as a retail pharmacy technician
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, analytical and documentation skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Preferred Project Management Certification
Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
Retail pharmacy technician experience preferred
