Responsibilities
Develop and maintain functional expertise in database analytic tools employed by NYRA and NYRA Bets
Develop standardized customer reporting and communicate statistical and accounting data into simplified, actionable formats
Produce reports and utilize key insights and implications generated from those reports
Analyze all published reports for credibility, consistency and adherence to established business processes and rules
Interpret results and offer summary insights, conclusions and recommendations as appropriate
Collaborate with NYRA Bets Marketing Dept. to understand customer behavior and assist with promotional initiatives
Leverage database(s) and provide reports on transaction activity
Deliver recommendations and conclusions drawn from analyses of internal and external data sources
Create and manage customer segmentation specific to loyalty
Serve as an in-house data expert on NYRA Bets wagering initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related analytical field or an MBA
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, data mining, or a related field
